12 weeks. 8 peers. 1 coach.
Welcome to a Third Space, between work and home, between therapy and happy hour. We'll find your people and give you tools to feel even more successful than you already are.
All you have to do is show up.
“Keep Company has helped me be more intentional at work and home. While skeptical at first to what a biweekly session might do, I'm now a convert.”
“The time commitment has been an investment with a tenfold return, combined with a network of champions who happen to be my colleagues.”
“It’s a lot for me to give up time in the middle of my day, but every minute was worth it.”
“I can't recommend Keep Company enough. My coach has been an invaluable resource for me. I felt assured by the confidentiality of Keep Company's structure. Initially, I was very shy about sharing, but I quickly gained confidence. The skills and support I gained while at Keep Company have truly made a difference in my life.”
“Being part of Keep Company helped me invaluably to take stock of where I was at and where I wanted to get to. The carefully crafted weekly questions unlocked a lot of what I didn't know I needed to make the breakthroughs I desired. A hugely worthwhile investment.”
“This was one of the best experiences of my personal and professional life. I would recommend it to every working parent I know.”
If you care for someone else, Keep Company is for you. We’ve supported parents and caregivers across practice areas, departments and levels. All employees are welcome.
We design groups so that you know you're with people who "get it" on day one. We gather groups of 8 people, with similar roles at work and home.
6 meetings over 12 weeks to drive connection and clarity. Groups meet virtually every other week for 90 minutes. You also have access to your coach throughout the program.
"I billed thousands of hours and was on partner track at a top firm. Then my daughter was born... and suddenly, I didn't feel successful. It was more than an identity shift. I didn't have the skills or support to confidently navigate this new chapter. Drawing boundaries, asking for help, and making time for me all felt impossible. After talking to hundreds (yes, hundreds) of parents and caregivers in the legal industry, I learned that I wasn’t alone. We’ve built Keep Company so you know you’re not alone either. We’ve put the support, the learning and the tools in one place -- all you have to do is show up. We shouldn’t have to figure out how to care for our family, our work and ourselves alone. Now, we don’t have to."

Keep Company
Your coach will offer the group topics, prompts and tools. You bring what’s on your mind, whether care, career, or anything else.
Whether you're caring for children or a loved one, you have a big job at home, and at work.
Don't we all? Don't worry. We're not pushing yoga and aspirational bubble baths. We'll give you the tools to assess what care would look like for YOU.
As Esther Perel says, "Don't worry alone."
The cost is covered by your firm, but the commitment is all you. We will provide a coach, a group of similarly-situated people (your Board), and a guided curriculum. The only (but important) commitment is that you show up fully to our kick-off training and to your meetings. There's no “homework” or additional time required. Boards meet virtually for 90-minutes, bi-weekly for the first 12 weeks, then have the option to meet monthly for the remainder of the year. Over the year, the average time commitment is less than 2 hours per month or 6 minutes a day.
When you register, you’ll pick the date and time that you are available for your Board meetings. Most Board meetings occur during weekday lunch or afternoons.
Your Board will be comprised of up to eight other similarly-situated working parents or caregivers. We curate your Board based on your job function and seniority level (e.g., Boards for partners, or senior business professionals). We also consider the age of your children or whom you are caring for along with any other shared experience you share. Caregivers are matched with other caregivers. For parents, we can build around parenting identity or children’s ages.
Each Board meeting will have a different topic. Your coach will offer prompts drawn from behavioral health and chosen specifically for parents and caregivers. Members have an opportunity to respond to the topic, or share what's on their mind that day. Then... action. We're big on accountability and forward motion. Most importantly: confidentiality. Nothing leaves the Board room, ever.
